Everyone gets down sometimes so it’s important to know how to cheer yourself up! Music is a great tool to help you feel happy and control your mood.
I challenge you to find 3 songs that make you happy and share them with your family. Next time you want to change the way you feel, play these songs.
Another way to make yourself happy is to make someone else happy! It sounds crazy, but I promise it works! Try it.
I challenge you to do something that makes someone else happy! Make them a card, Facetime them, or give them a Cookie Creature.
