BE Challenge - Day #4 - POSITIVE
You are in total control of how you think, feel and act. You can choose to think about good things and be happy or you can choose to think about bad things and be sad.
I challenge you to play the positive game with family or friends. One person starts by naming an object, thing or event that starts with the letter “A”. The next person must say something positive about it, then name an object, thing or event that starts with the letter “B”. Continue all the way through the alphabet.
Bonus: At the end of the game go back around the circle and everyone says something positive about themselves! (I am funny!)
